BORED!!!!!!!! i need to go shoot. i need a vacation - somewhere i can shoot all night and sleep all day, no interruptions. no noise or work or responsibility....
i need some quiet.
maybe i just need to go back to the aquarium with shar and peanut.

the moon and venus

On friday i had to shoot a sadies with Tony. A few days before the shoot i saw on http://www.spaceweather.com/ that venus and the moon would be cupcaking again so i thought i would shoot that while i got ready for the dance.....this turned out to be more fruitful......the OG Sadies was a sad, money losing affair to forget.

i shot it using tonys 300f4 and his teleconverter...when you zoom up a hundred or more percent you can actually see that venus is also a crescent shape now due to its orbit around the sun and where we see it in the sky.

This is an image from a series shot for Viscous Vodka. My buddy owns the LLC and they had a review in a magazine. he needed some images of drinks so i did this little layout for him. I need to get off my ass and shoot something new though.

i have a couple friends with a vodka brand. i have photographed two products for them in the last 3 years. the red lit clear bottle being an older image and the frosted bottle being the newer. i tried to mimic the older picture but not too closely. the tone is changed with the second and the lighting is not as dramatic.

Sharon and I photographed these crazy kids almost three years ago. We had a full day at a rented studio in downtown. I need to do this again soon. I have been saying that for three years.....ugh, laziness.
